Brian J. Peretti, J.D. Principal & Founder



Brian is a trusted advisor to national and international leaders across cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Over three decades in public service - most recently as Deputy Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury-he led transformative initiatives in AI governance, third-party risk, and cyber resilience.
Brian chaired the Financial and Banking Information Infrastructure Committee (FBIIC) for 20 years and served as the U.S. expert at the G7 Cyber Expert Group. His legal and strategic acumen is matched by a deep understanding of how public and private sectors must work together to safeguard national and economic security.
